Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, same-day delivery is available. You will be advised to book through a courier (e.g., Lalamove, Grab Express, Angkas Padala, etc.) for same-day deliveries, provided that:

  1. The item is on-hand, and
  2. The delivery address is within NCR.

Cut-off for same-day delivery requests: 4:00 PM

(Requests made after 4 PM will be processed the next day.)

Cut-off for same-day delivery orders:

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM → eligible for same-day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM → will be delivered the next day.
What days do you service same day delivery?

Available from Monday to Sunday.​

How long do provincial deliveries take?​

Provincial deliveries usually take 5 days up to 1 and a half weeks via LBC to arrive after ordering.​

What shipping carriers do you use?​

LBC for outside Metro Manila and other local couriers for same day delivery​

Do you offer warranty or replacement?​

We offer up to 1 year standard warranty upon purchase and 7 days replacement​

What are the steps for Cancellation?​

1. Client call for confirmation of order details.​​

2. If client opted to cancel, order will be cancelled in the .ph website.​

3. If order was already paid, Paymongo will send out and process the refund.​

4. Order will be VOIDED.​

Once the order was placed, we will be contacting you via call or text to confirm the order details​

​-If the payment option is tagged as COD, 2 Valid IDs will be requested​

-If the payment was completed via card, only confirmation of order details will be done​

Delivery details will be confirmed as well​

​-For urgent delivery, you will be advised to book a courier to pick up the order (Lalamove etc)​

-For standard delivery, ordered item can be delivered via our in-house rider​

Cancellation of the order must be advised to us in the confirmation call/text. For paid order, refund will be processed by Paymongo
